$30 per family (all family members welcome)
Agenda:
- Current Scientific Research on a Key Nutrition Topic
Stay informed with up-to-date, evidence-based insights. Knowing the “why” behind recommendations makes it easier to apply them in daily life. - Moral Support & Group Help
Being surrounded by others who share the same goals makes healthy changes easier to stick to. Support reduces feelings of isolation and keeps motivation high. - Accountability Partners
Having someone check in on your progress helps build consistency. It turns good intentions into lasting habits through encouragement and gentle reminders. - Open Discussions of Ongoing Issues & Obstacles
Talking through challenges in a safe environment gives clarity and new solutions. Often, someone else has already faced — and overcome — the same barrier. - Sharing of Ideas to Improve Habits
Practical, real-life strategies from others in the group can inspire fresh approaches. Small habit changes often lead to big, long-term health results. - Hands-On Recipe with “Spoiling” Foods (e.g., smoothie)
Learn to waste less food and make quick, nutritious meals. This creative skill saves money, reduces waste, and helps you eat healthier at home.
