Power Lifting and Olympic Weight Lifting
Powerlifting Strength Training is a focused and empowering service offered for both kids and adults, centered on mastering the squat, bench press, and deadlift with proper technique and progressive overload.
We follow the traditions and techniques of Olympic Weight Lifting sport since first Olympics in 1896 in Athens, Greece.This training develops maximal strength, muscular endurance, coordination, and joint stability, while promoting safe movement patterns and overall physical fitness.
For children, light powerlifting builds form, confidence, discipline, and body awareness in a structured and supportive environment, and for adults it provides a powerful way to increase strength, improve posture, and enhance overall health.

UPA Programs, Levels, Class ScheduleIn-House Practice Acrobatics Shows are an exciting part of our 4-show yearly curriculum, giving kids the opportunity to showcase their progress in a supportive and familiar environment. These shows help children build confidence by performing in front of peers and family, while also developing teamwork, responsibility, and stage presence.
Each performance allows them to set goals, practice discipline, and experience the joy of accomplishment, which strengthens both their physical and emotional growth. By participating regularly, kids not only refine their acrobatic skills but also gain valuable life skills such as resilience, creativity, and self-expression.
